Job description

• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving the assigned units nursing practices • Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency • Pursue high staff engagement • Obtain high patient experience • Achieve and sustain highquality of care and patient safety • Support the empowerment of nurses through the enculturation of the hospital nursing Professional Practice Model 3 years International Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Nursing • Certifications Current licensure as a professional registered nurse Basic Life Support (BLS) Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification Online (Mandatory for Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Competency) ELNEC End.-of.-Life Care Training (To be completed within one year of hiring) • Years of Experience Minimum 4 years of Nursing Experience including 2 years in Cancer Care or related field. • Nationality: Any European national, and Saudi Arabian
