Document Controller/Logistics documentation

• Controlling company and project documentation, Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents. • Following and improving document control procedures. • Control the documents and establish and maintain a Centralised System for controlling company correspondence. • Ensuring that all documentation meets formal requirements and adheres to the required standards. • Producing document progress reports for senior managers. • Conducting regular reviews and document audits. • Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents • Detail-oriented as well as organised, and a multitasker • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, business administration or a similar field • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role • Strong MS Office Skillset (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to engage and communicate effectively (written and verbal) with stakeholders at all levels • Time management skills • Ability to follow company procedures Important Note: Please apply through this job advertisement, and please do not call our landline.
