Owns the flow of project documents: registers, distributes and tracks every drawing, submittal, RFI and letter, so the team always works from the latest approved revision. Job Description About the Role Owns the flow of project documents: registers, distributes and tracks every drawing, submittal, RFI and letter, so the team always works from the latest approved revision. Key Responsibilities • Register, number and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents in the document management system (Aconex or similar) • Maintain document registers for drawings, submittals, RFIs, NCRs and correspondence • Track review cycles and chase overdue responses from the consultant and the team • Control revisions and withdraw superseded documents from site • Prepare transmittals and keep the filing structure audit-ready • Produce weekly document status reports • Prepare handover and as-built document packages Skills Aconex, Document registers, Transmittals, Revision control, Excel, Reporting Certifications Aconex certification (preferred) Working Conditions Office-based on the project site. Six days a week. • 3+ years document control on construction projects • Hands-on Aconex experience • Strong Excel and organisation skills • Good written English Nice to Have • Experience with EDMS such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, SharePoint or Procore • Arabic correspondence Education Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline; IT or business preferred.
