Customer Success Specialist - EdTech

• Global EdTech Start Up • Flexible Working Arrangements About Our Client Our client is a global start up strongly established in ANZ and Europe. They provide an AI solution to Schools and Universities to support students and teachers in their learning journeys. They already have a small office and lean team in the UAE, looking for a Customer Success Manager to proactively engage their customers across the region. Job Description • Develop and maintain strong relationships with University & Schools to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. • Drive the adoption and optimisation of the AI solutions across different client divisions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. • Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives. • Provide training and resources to clients to maximise their understanding of the product. • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. A successful Customer Success Specialist should have: • A proven track record in a customer sucess. • Previous experience in EdTech or Education. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. • A collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
