Customer Service Executive

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing complaints, tracking orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer issues are followed up until resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to communicate in both Arabic and English. • Strong communication skills in Arabic, English, and Hindi , with the ability to assist customers in all three languages. • Customer-focused, patient, and professional when handling inquiries and complaints. • Proactive and responsible, with the ability to take ownership of customer issues until resolution. • Good problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills. • Comfortable using computer systems. • Able to coordinate effectively with warehouse, delivery, and operations teams. • Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple customer queries, and committed to resolving issues within the required 24-hour timeframe. • A self-motivated team player who can adapt to a fast-growing startup environment. • Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred. • Willing to contribute to building and improving the customer support function as the company grows.
