Executive Assistant

Job Details Arabian Seaweed LLC is a startup developing the tropical seaweed industry in Oman. We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other company leaders. Basic requirements: • High professionalism and excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in both Arabic and English. • Strong problem-solving skills. • The ability to plan ahead and anticipate needs. • Punctuality, respect, and work ethics. • Experience using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and other basic software. • Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage. Key responsibilities: • Managing and coordinating schedules and meetings. • Arranging transportation and other logistical requirements for the meetings. • Preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations. • Taking notes during meetings and following up on required actions. • Providing translation between Arabic and English when needed. • Communicate professionally with suppliers, customers, investors and other stakeholders. • Supporting the CEO and other leaders as needed
