Coordinator

• Coordinate daily housekeeping manpower deployment and prepare staff schedules. • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure adequate staffing for daily operations, exhibitions and events. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and KPI trackers . • Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and departmental records. • Coordinate requests for cleaning materials, consumables and equipment . • Monitor stock levels and support inventory reconciliation. • Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers regarding deliveries and follow-ups. • Maintain asset and equipment records. • Support event planning, manpower allocation, staff training and inductions. • Follow up on customer requests and operational actions. • Maintain SOPs, work instructions and departmental documentation. • Support internal audits, inspections and Health & Safety / Quality / Environmental compliance . • Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent . • 3–4 years of experience in Hotel Management / Housekeeping Operations , preferably in a 5-star international hotel or similar environment. • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle HRMS . • Good administrative, coordination and reporting skills. • Knowledge of manpower planning, inventory and operational support. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Leadership and team coordination abilities. • Cleanliness Certificate / BICSc is an advantage. • Flexible to work internally and externally as required.
