About the Role Guildhall is hiring for a large international main contractor with an active pipeline of construction projects across the Gulf, including high-rise and infrastructure work. This Contracts Administrator role sits inside a live project's commercial team, owning day-to-day contract administration: correspondence, variations, claims and payment certificates. The client is growing its commercial team as new projects mobilise, and Guildhall is supporting several related hires for them. It's a chance to join a main contractor's commercial team on a project of real scale, working inside systems built for large, fast-moving sites. The role • Administer a main-works construction contract on a live project in Kuwait. • Handle correspondence, variations, claims and payment certificates day to day. • Work inside the commercial team of a large international main contractor. • Support contract administration across high-rise or large mixed-use project types.
