Consulting Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a Consulting Manager to lead strategy and digital transformation engagements for our clients in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, drive impactful consulting solutions, and foster strong client relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end consulting projects across strategy, digital, and domain-specific initiatives • Develop and present strategic roadmaps, digital transformation plans, and technical solutions to C-level stakeholders • Manage project budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through regular communication, executive briefings, and value-driven insights • Mentor, coach, and develop junior consultants to build high-performing teams • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance) to integrate consulting deliverables into client organizations • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting pitch activities Preferred Qualifications: • Master s degree or MBA from a recognized institution • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or relevant digital credentials • Prior experience in sector-specific consulting domains (energy, government, financial services) • Familiarity with emerging technologies including IoT, blockchain, and machine learning • Arabic language proficiency • Willingness to travel regionally as required Position Details • Position Title: Consulting Manager • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE • Industry: Automotive • Experience Required: 8+ years Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • 8 10 years of consulting experience with a minimum of 2 years in a management or team lead role • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, digital transformation, and technical consulting methodologies • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, frameworks, and digital technologies (data analytics, cloud, AI) • Proven track record of managing large-scale consulting engagements in Abu Dhabi or the GCC region • Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions
