Discover the opportunity A global strategy and transformation consultancy is growing its Organisation Design & Operating Models practice in the UAE. The team helps government and energy & utilities clients rethink how they re organised so they can deliver their strategy, then supports them through the change. They re hiring at Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager level.
Discover the Role
• Design and deliver target operating models, from strategic intent through to structure, roles, decision rights, governance and workforce sizing.
• Help clients move from function-led to product-centric operating models: value streams, persistent teams, funding and governance.
• Apply lean portfolio management, flow optimisation and scaled agile practically, including telling a client when they don t need it.
• Redesign roles, spans and layers for AI-enabled and automated ways of working, with clear human accountability.
• Own the change: stakeholder engagement, organisational impact assessment and transition planning, from day one to steady state.
• At Manager and Senior Manager level: lead engagements and teams, manage scope and budget, and drive business development and account growth.
Discover the Responsibilities
• Consulting experience in organisation design, operating models or transformation, ideally with a Big 4, strategy or HR consultancy.
• Operating model or org design projects delivered through to implementation, not just strategy slides.
• Strong analytical skills: spans and layers, activity and capacity analysis, workforce sizing and structure modelling.
• Confidence working with senior client stakeholders, up to Director General or C-suite.
• GCC experience strongly preferred, particularly UAE public sector transformation.
• Arabic is an advantage.
