Construction Planning Engineer – Immediate Vacancy | Bahrain

Are you a Planning Engineer with hands\-on experience in **villa or high\-rise construction projects**? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team. **Experience:** 3–7 years in a similar planning role **Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management **Languages:** English \& Hindi **Project Background:** Villas / High\-Rise Buildings What We’re Looking For: * Strong knowledge of **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project** * Experience preparing and maintaining **baseline and master schedules** * Good understanding of **WBS, CPM and resource planning** * Ability to measure actual progress against planned progress * Experience identifying delays, preparing variance analysis and tracking recovery * Preparation of **daily, weekly and monthly planning reports** * Understanding of construction activities, sequencing and productivity * Knowledge of procurement schedules and subcontractor coordination * Exposure to **EVM, S\-curves and productivity monitoring** * Familiarity with **FIDIC, EOT and claims\-related planning support** * Excellent **MS Excel** skills * Ability to work with Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings **Immediate hiring – candidates who can join quickly are encouraged to apply.** Work Location: In person
