We are looking for a **Quantity Surveyor** with hands\-on experience in construction commercial and contract\-related activities. **Experience:** 3–7 years in Quantity Surveying **Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying **Languages:** Good command of English \& Hindi **Responsibilities \& Requirements:** * Prepare **BOQs, estimates, cost plans, and quantity take\-offs** * Conduct **site measurements and interim valuations** * Review and analyze **subcontractor and supplier quotations** * Assist with **procurement and subcontract administration** * Handle **variations, change orders, and claims** * Monitor project costs and expenditures * Prepare **cash flow forecasts and cost reconciliation** * Prepare **monthly commercial reports and final accounts** * Understand **construction contract conditions and commercial clauses** * Read and interpret **architectural, structural, and MEP drawings** * Maintain accurate commercial and cost records * Advanced knowledge of **MS Excel** * Familiarity with professional **quantity take\-off/measurement software** * Basic knowledge of **MEP quantities** **Construction\-sector experience is essential.** Work Location: In person
