• Project Manager: Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met. • Construction Manager: Oversee daily site operations, manage labor forces, and coordinate with technical teams. • Technical Manager: Direct the technical engineering team and resolve complex site design clashes. • Procurement Manager: Strategically source materials, manage vendor contracts, and ensure supply chain efficiency. • Structural Engineer: Evaluate load capacities and ensure structural integrity of all builds. • Architectural Engineer: Bridge the gap between architectural vision and structural execution. • Planning Engineer: Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress via Primavera P6/MS Project. • QA/QC Engineer: Enforce strict quality control plans and conduct site inspections for compliance. • Technical Engineer: Provide on-site technical support and review material submittals. • Authorities / Permits Engineer: Liaise with Dubai municipalities to secure necessary building and environmental permits. • Contracts Administrator / Contracts Engineer: Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and sub-contractor agreements. • Land Surveyor: Conduct precise site measurements and set out coordinates for construction alignment. • Draftsman: Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and update structural blueprints. • Also willing to able work with Overtime • Strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed to specification and reducing the likelihood of errors. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, promoting personal growth and development within the construction field. • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials, supporting the demands of the job. • High school diploma or equivalent (No Education also Preferable), providing foundational knowledge for construction tasks.
