Compensation • A fixed monthly salary of AED 1,000 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity. Roles and Responsibilities You Take Ownership. You Deliver With Precision. You approach your responsibilities with discipline, a clear understanding of what the business requires, and a consistent attention to quality - working collaboratively and focused, at all times, on delivering meaningful output. • A proven track record as a Commis 3 or similar role, in a Luxury Hotel environment or Fine Dining Restaurant, delivering Sensational Experiences synonymous with FIVE's Award-Winning Service Quality. • A Culinary Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. • Outstanding Pre-Opening experience in setting up dynamic, seamless and fast-paced Kitchen Operations is advantageous. • Demonstrated proficiency in Culinary Basics, including impressive knife skills, cooking methods, and ingredient preparation. • Strong familiarity with and understanding of how to Safely Use and Maintain kitchen equipment. • Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles and practices, and a thorough understanding of Health and Safety Regulations, Food Hygiene Standards, and Best Practices in Restaurant Operations. • A positive u2018Can-Do!u2019 Attitude, Deep-Seated Passion for the culinary arts, and excellent Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members and stakeholders. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel. • Elevates our Guestsu2019 Dining Experience by meticulously Preparing and Presenting dishes that meet and exceed FIVEu2019s remarkable Culinary Standards, infusing each creation with a touch of Exquisite Artistry. • Assists Senior Chefs in the kitchen, showcasing a flair for Hand-Crafted Culinary Creations, ensuring each dish is a u2018FIVE-Staru2019 masterpiece. • Contributes to Menu Development, infusing each dish with innovative Flavours and Presentation Styles. • Demonstrates a keen Eye for Detail in maintaining proper Mise En Place and Stock Rotation, orchestrating operations with efficiency and finesse. • Upholds impeccable Cleanliness and Organisation of kitchen Workstations and Equipment. • Executes tasks assigned by senior chefs with perfect Precision and Efficiency, contributing to the kitchen's reputation for Next-Level Culinary Excellence. • Exemplifies the highest standards of Food Safety and Hygiene, aligning with FIVEu2019s commitment to Industry-Leading Practices. • Collaborates seamlessly with fellow u2018FIVERsu2019, fostering a Well-Coordinated kitchen environment that reflects and enables the Buzzing and Dynamic u2018Vibe at FIVE.u2019 • Contributes to maintaining a Positive and Productive Work Environment, where every team member plays a pivotal role in shaping FIVEu2019s Boundary-Breaking Culinary Excellence.
