Coating sales engineer

• Business Development & Account Management: • Identify and target new clients, including contractors, consultants, applicators, and industrial asset owners. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, distributors, and specifiers. [1, 2] • Technical Consultation & Solution Design: • Analyze customer substrates, operating environments, and exposure conditions (e.g., high temperature, humidity, chemical spills). • Recommend appropriate coating systems (epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, specialized anti-corrosion/fireproofing lines). • Advise clients on surface preparation standards, film thickness, and application methodologies.
