Cluster Housekeeping Manager

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure that the facility and guestrooms are clean and orderly. • Ensure the staff is compliant with local and company policies, as it relates to safety, cleanliness and brand standards. • Ensures that projects/department milestones/goals are met and within budget. • Organizing workflow and ensuring that associates understand their duties or delegated tasks.Company Description • Minimum of 6 years' experience in Housekeeping with 3 years at a management level. • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & Powerpoint. • High Degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.
