CLOSE OUT ENGINEER - SWITCHGEAR

• Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SWGR field installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project closeout activities. • Responsible for managing technical closeout activities related to Siemens LV/MV Switchgear projects within KM • Distribution Power Network, ensuring timely resolution of defects, punch points, documentation, and customer coordination. *Key Responsibilities • Coordinate project closeout activities for LV and MV Siemens Switchgear systems. • Review, track, and close technical defects, NCRs, punch points, and customer comments. • Provide technical support for SWGR installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities. • Interface with customers, Siemens factories, and internal stakeholders regarding defective SWGR and protection system components. • Prepare technical reports, closeout documentation, test records, and status updates. • Participate in technical meetings and represent project-related technical matters professionally. • Ensure compliance with Siemens quality, safety, and customer requirements. *Technical Requirements • Strong knowledge of Siemens LV/MV Switchgear products and associated protection systems. • Experience within KM Distribution Power Network projects is highly preferred. • Understanding of switchgear drawings, schematics, protection relays, and testing procedures. • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues related to SWGR equipment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong computer literacy including MS Office and technical reporting tools. • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, consultants, and Siemens factories. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
