Chinese Legal Lawyer

Department: Chinese Legal Threshold Competencies • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters to ensure compliance with Chinese & UAE laws and regulations. • Interpret and analyze laws, regulations, and policies affecting the organization s operations. • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and proactively advise management on potential legal impacts. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. • Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant legal requirements and protect the organization s interests. • Assist in maintaining compliance with corporate governance requirements. • Provide support for board meetings, resolutions, and other corporate legal matters. • Handle legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation. • Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and represent the organization s interests in legal proceedings. • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations. Location • UAE Job Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Law; Master s degree preferred. • Strong understanding of Chinese & UAE legal principles and regulations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
