Senior Legal Counsel

Company overview: Pentabell is seeking a skilled Senior Legal Counsel, for one of its clients. This role involves providing legal advice and support to the client's business operations in the United Arab Emirates. Position: Senior Legal Counsel Summary: Provide comprehensive legal counsel and support to ensure compliance with local and international laws. Responsibilities: Review and draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions. Advise clients on legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Represent the client in court or arbitration proceedings when necessary. Stay updated with changes in local and international laws affecting the client's operations. Requirements: Bachelor or Master s degree in Law Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel Strong legal research and analysis skills Experienced in contract law and dispute resolution Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills
