PRO cum Legal advisor

• Manage all government liaison activities, including visa processing, work permits, and business licenses, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations. • Provide expert legal counsel on commercial contracts, employment law, and corporate governance, mitigating risks and safeguarding company interests. • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, from agreements to policies, ensuring clarity and enforceability. • Oversee and manage all litigation and dispute resolution processes, working closely with external counsel when necessary. • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a similar PRO and Legal Advisor capacity. • Proven track record of successfully navigating governmental procedures and legal frameworks. • Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, and employment legislation.
