Chief Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

Hiring: Chief Accountant – F&B / Hospitality � Location: Doha, Qatar � Industry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality �️ Language Requirement: Arabic-speaking Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Chief Accountant to oversee the financial and accounting operations of a Food & Beverage and hospitality business in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in restaurant groups, cafés, catering, or multi-outlet hospitality operations, with expertise in financial reporting, food cost control, inventory management, and cash flow management. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. • Monitor food and beverage costs, cost of sales, gross profit margins, and outlet profitability. • Review daily sales reconciliation, POS transactions, cash collections, and online delivery platform settlements. • Ensure compliance with IFRS, applicable Qatar regulations, and internal financial controls. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • Must be Arabic-speaking candidates • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, preferably with at least 5 years in a Chief Accountant or senior accounting role. • Relevant experience in the F&B, restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry is strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of financial finalization, food cost control, inventory management, and POS reconciliation. • Good knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. • Minimum 3 years of Qatar market experience preferred. • ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
