Case Onboarding Analyst

• Manage the onboarding of new minors and beneficiaries, ensuring all required documentation and information are collected and verified • Review case files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Coordinate with relationship managers, legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate case activation and processing • Maintain accurate beneficiary records and ensure timely updates across internal systems • Identify documentation gaps, resolve onboarding issues, and track cases through to completion. • Position Case Onboarding Analyst Experience 3–5 years Salary Range AED 15,000–20,000/month Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree minimum (Business Administration, Finance, or related field) Industry Background Banking, financial services, wealth management, or trust administration Language Fluent Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency
