Legal Officer

• · Handle legal matters relating to minors files, including reviewing documentation, processing legal requests, and coordinating court and regulatory matters. · Review legal documents, contracts, applications, and official correspondence to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. · Prepare, review, and process legal requests, petitions, and supporting documentation related to minors affairs. · Coordinate with courts, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders regarding legal cases and proceedings. · Maintain accurate and confidential legal records, case files, and documentation. · Monitor the progress of legal cases and follow up on pending requests, court decisions, and required actions. · Provide legal support and guidance on matters related to guardianship, custody, inheritance, and the protection of minors rights, as applicable. • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, demonstrating a solid foundation in legal principles. • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate or regulatory legal environment, showcasing practical application of legal knowledge. • Membership in a recognized legal bar association, reflecting commitment to professional standards and ethics. • Proficiency in contract law and compliance regulations specific to the industry, ensuring informed decision-making.
