For Manager - Supervisors - Team Leader • Lead daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing, and resolve any immediate issues. • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets. • Master the art of coffee preparation, crafting perfect espresso-based drinks and other beverages with precision. • Oversee inventory management, placing orders, and conducting regular stock takes to minimize waste and ensure availability. • Salary AED 3,500-AED 6,000 For Staff (Barista, Waiter, Waitress) • Salary AED 2,200 • Barista • Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, pull espresso shots, steam milk, and create latte art according to shop recipes. • Equipment Care: Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewers (including backflushing and sanitizing steam wands). • Station Upkeep: Restock beans, milks, syrups, and cups, and maintain a clean workspace. • Cashier / Service Attendant • Customer Interaction: Greet patrons, explain menu items or daily specials, and take orders accurately. • Transactions: Process cash, card, and digital payments via the POS System and issue receipts. • Floor & Dining Support: Clear tables, restock the pastry case, and assist with general hygiene For Manager - Supervisor - Team Leader • Need 3 Arabic Speaker • Need 2 Tagalog Speaker • Possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in cafe or hospitality management. • Holds a relevant certification in food safety and hygiene, or demonstrates equivalent knowledge. • Demonstrates advanced barista skills, including latte art and deep understanding of coffee origins. • Exhibits strong leadership qualities with proven experience in team supervision and motivation.
