Butler

Provide personalized and attentive butler service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring comfort, privacy, and satisfaction. Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out arrangements, and provide a warm and professional farewell. Anticipate guest preferences and requirements, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. Assist guests with luggage handling, unpacking, packing, wardrobe arrangements, and other personalized services upon request. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, and other departments to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently. Arrange and serve in-room dining, beverages, and special amenities in accordance with hotel service standards. Ensure guest rooms and suites are properly prepared, maintained, and presented to luxury hospitality standards. Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, special occasions, and personalized guest experiences. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, special requests, and service requirements to enhance future stays. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring effective service recovery. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling guest information and requests. Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness, amenities, equipment, and overall presentation meet hotel standards. Build positive relationships with with guests while maintaining professional boundaries and respecting cultural differences. Ensure proper handling and care of guest belongings and valuables in accordance with hotel policies. Promote hotel facilities, services, and experiences through personalized recommendations and appropriate upselling opportunities. Follow all hotel policies, grooming standards, health and safety regulations, and luxury service procedures. Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Agent, or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury 5-star hotel. • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or personalized guest assistance is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, guest etiquette, and cultural sensitivity. • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to anticipate guest needs. • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong personal grooming standards. • Ability to handle guest complaints and challenging situations with professionalism and discretion. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure. • Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
