• Provide accurate and timely Chinese to English and English to Chinese translation for business documents, emails, and presentations, ensuring cultural nuance and professional tone. • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing communications in both languages, acting as a key liaison between Chinese-speaking clients/partners and internal teams. • Offer comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential records. • Facilitate smooth business operations by coordinating logistics for travel, events, and cross-cultural interactions. • Other Business support and administrative tasks. • ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN SPEAK, WRITE AND READ CHINESE • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Support Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of business operations. • Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business terminology. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or database management tools.
