Business Development Manager – Southeast Asia & Africa

We are expanding into Southeast Asia and Africa and need a Business Development Manager to open these markets through IBs, partners and direct client acquisition. Build and manage an IB and partner network across Southeast Asia and Africa • Find and close new partnerships; negotiate within approved commission frameworks • Represent the company at regional expos and events • Build a market-entry plan for each priority country, covering local payment methods, competition and regulatory considerations • Track pipeline, FTDs and net revenue in the CRM; report monthly • Keep all activity within company's licensing permissions and compliance rules Nice to have: fluency in a regional language (e.g. Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, French, Swahili), knowledge of local payment methods. • At least 2 years of business development experience at a Forex/CFD broker • An existing network of IBs, affiliates or clients in Southeast Asia and/or Africa • A proven track record of building partner channels in these regions • Willingness to travel frequently across both regions • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong presentation and pitching skills. • Ability to build long-term client relationships. • Previous employment with a Forex broker
