Business Development Manager

About the Role A large manufacturer of building and industrial products as it expands into new regional markets. This person will build the distributor and family-office partner network from scratch across the construction, HVAC and industrial sectors there is no existing local team to inherit. The mandate follows a wider push by the business into new brands and channels, and the company wants someone on the ground now, not after a lengthy ramp-up. A manufacturer with an established international presence. The role • Open the UAE and Saudi Arabia market through distributor and family-office partnerships. • Build relationships with HVAC, construction and industrial distributors from zero. • Represent a specialty manufacturer's product range to technical buyers. • Own channel strategy and partner selection across both markets. • Work closely with international leadership based outside the region.
