Business Development Executive- Office Automation

Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market. • Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, referrals, networking, and other sales channels. • Promote and sell digital copiers, multifunction printers, printers, monitors, and related office automation products. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and key accounts. • Develop an existing customer portfolio while actively acquiring new clients. • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions. • Follow up on quotations, proposals, negotiations, and sales opportunities to close deals. Market Development • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. • Identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence. • Maintain an updated sales pipeline, customer database, and regular sales reports. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in direct sales of office automation or IT equipment within Dubai/UAE. • Strong product sales experience in digital copiers, multifunction printers (MFPs/MFCs), and printers. • Established network of corporate clients and business contacts in the UAE. • Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate with customers, and close sales. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. • UAE driving licence is preferred.
