Segment target owners and agencies, and prioritize suitable properties and realistic acquisition opportunities. Generate opportunities directly and through partners, and follow up on incoming marketing enquiries. Qualify decision-makers, ownership authority, property condition, existing tenancy or management commitments, and owner expectations. Present CitiHome’s approved short-term and long-term management offerings, explaining fees, responsibilities and income estimates. Lead meetings and negotiations independently, agree next steps, and obtain completed agreements within authorised terms. Recruit, onboard, train and activate agency and individual broker partners. Maintain CRM records, accurate attribution, forecasts and weekly reporting. Coordinate commercial and document handover, tracking outstanding dependencies until the unit is accepted. Investigate early cancellations and lost opportunities, and improve qualification and messaging. Performance Target 12 new short-term units and 12 new long-term units per month, each measured separately. Long-term means a signed property management agreement with the owner, not just a listing or tenant lease. A unit counts only when the signed mandate, operational acceptance, complete documents and an agreed start date or handover are all in place. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Direct experience working with Dubai owners and real estate professionals. Evidence of personally winning management business. Ability to explain both management models (short-term and long-term). Direct success in at least one and demonstrated competence in the other. Ability to deliver a clear broker presentation and practical referral training. Strong professional English, workable commercial numeracy and CRM discipline. A valid UAE driving license Own car available for work travel
