Business Development Associate

• Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, driving results from initial lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and negotiating through to deal closing. • Identify and pitch new business opportunities across our audit, accounting, tax, AML, and advisory services. • Generate and qualify corporate leads through active networking, strategic cold outreach, digital channels, and direct client meetings. • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with C-level executives, founders, and industry leaders. • Prepare compelling commercial proposals, service quotations, and presentations tailored to corporate compliance needs. • Collaborate closely with our technical accounting and audit teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. • 1 to 3 years of proven experience specifically in B2B/ B2C service sales, corporate marketing, or professional business development (UAE experience is a strong advantage). Candidates with a background strictly in physical product sales will not be considered. • Proven track record in field sales and face-to-face client meetings across Dubai/UAE, actively visiting corporate clients to drive sales from initial lead generation through to deal closure. • Proven experience is sales and marketing for Precious metal industry/ real estate industry/ HORECA/ Commodity Industry to convince and close the opportunities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. • Impeccable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (proficiency in Arabic, Hindi is an asset)
