Business Development Executive

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, facility management and events sectors. • Generate qualified leads, arrange client meetings and convert opportunities into confirmed business. • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups. • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and key decisionmakers. • Achieve sales targets and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business. • Identify market opportunities, support tender registrations and develop key accounts. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates and performance reports • 3–5 years of relevant UAE B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years mandatory . • Mandatory UAE Driving License • Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing corporate clients and closing sales. • Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in approaching new clients. • Ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver measurable results. • Strong organizational skills, professionalism and a solution-oriented attitude. • Experience in uniforms, apparel, textiles, promotional products or related B2B industries is an advantage. • Existing UAE corporate contacts would be an added benefit.
