Business Banking Channels & Core Applications QA Analyst

• Develop test scenarios for banking channels and transaction workflows. • Perform end-to-end testing of customer servicing journeys across digital banking platforms. • Validate maker-checker workflows and transaction approval processes. • Verify channel integrations and user entitlements. • Test authentication and authorization controls to ensure secure access and transactions. • Support deployment verification and post-deployment testing. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA). • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Banking Channels or Digital Banking. • UAE or GCC banking experience is preferred. • Experience with corporate or business banking channels is highly desirable. • Exposure to digital transformation programmes is an advantage.
