Business Banking Onboarding QA Analyst

• Responsible for testing end-to-end digital business onboarding journeys, ensuring seamless account opening, KYC, AML, screening, document verification, and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities • Create onboarding test scenarios and detailed test cases. • Validate end-to-end customer onboarding and account-opening journeys. • Test trade license verification, DCRA, customer screening, and document collection processes. • Validate document uploads, data extraction, and AI/OCR solutions. • Verify KYC, AML, customer due diligence, and risk assessment results. • Test customer registration, entity classification, and CB Code mapping. • Validate approval workflows and operational processes, including Return-to-Customer (RTC) scenarios. • Perform functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and API testing. • Verify integrations between onboarding platforms, screening systems, CRM, document management, and OCR/AI solutions. • Support deployment verification and post-deployment testing. • Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution. • Business Banking and Corporate Onboarding. • Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. • Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and risk assessment. • Business entity types, including: • Sole Proprietorship • Limited Liability Company (LLC) • Branch of a Foreign Company • Corporate Entities • Partnerships • Account opening, trade license verification, customer screening, and document verification . ms.
