Summary:
The position requires a candidate to monitor business performance, conduct competitive analysis, support digital marketing campaigns, coordinate project launches, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance of Digital Virgo's digital services through key business and marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion, subscriptions, revenue, churn, customer acquisition, retention, ROI, etc.).
Analyze business performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve profitability.
Conduct competitive analysis, benchmark market trends, and identify new growth opportunities within the Saudi digital ecosystem.
Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across acquisition channels.
Coordinate the launch of new digital services and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Business Analysis, Product Marketing, Digital Services, Telecom, Mobile Payments, VAS, FinTech, or a similar digital environment.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interpret business data and transform it into actionable recommendations.
Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition.
Knowledge of subscription-based digital services is a plus.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Strong presentation skills.
