Brand Marketing Manager

BRAND MARKETING MANAGER We're looking for a brand-obsessed, culture-connected creative thinker who knows how to turn big ideas into real impact. Someone who lives and breathes brand, has their finger on the pulse of youth culture, and can bring campaigns, events, activations and partnerships to life. You'll help shape how people experience BOUNCE, build brand love and keep us ahead of the curve. Not just following trends, but creating reasons to be talked about. Own the BOUNCE brand and bring our marketing strategy to life across a fast-moving, multi-site and multi-country business. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll turn strategy into ideas, campaigns, events, activations and partnerships that get noticed, grow our youth audience and drive meaningful commercial results. This is a senior, hands-on role. There are no direct reports, so success comes through influence, collaboration and your ability to make things happen across venue teams, agencies, partners and the wider business. And great marketing at BOUNCE doesn’t just excite our customers. It needs to energise our people too. Getting our venue teams excited, engaged and behind what we’re doing is a key measure of whether a campaign has really landed.
