Manager - Marketing - Retail

Responsibilities: Support Senior Manager in developing annual marketing strategies and mall-level plans. Assist with market positioning, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. Align with internal business units on marketing direction. Assist in delivering annual integrated 360 campaigns. Coordinate with Strategy and Leasing teams. Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and revenue. Prepare campaign briefs and scopes of work. Manage execution of approved campaigns. Identify partnership opportunities Support development of event concepts and activations. Coordinate with operations, mall teams, and agencies for event execution. Ensure branding and setup consistency. Oversee preparation of marketing collateral. Support in securing authority approvals. Assist in evaluating sponsorships. Ensure events are promoted across all channels. Requirements: Bachelor s degree required; Master s preferred Experience:-5 7 years marketing experience, ideally GCC. Experience in mall marketing, PR, events, digital, or agencies. Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing. Knowledge of digital tools and analytics. Strong creative and project management skills. Strong communication skills.
