Beach Attendant

About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Beach Attendant Pool Services to join the resort s Pool Services team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: • Set up and maintain beach loungers, umbrellas, towels, and other amenities throughout the day. • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements and special requests. • Ensure the beach area is clean, organized, and safe at all times. • Monitor guest activity and report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor. • Provide towels, water, and other amenities promptly and courteously. • Support lifeguards and pool services team in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. • Assist with beachside events, cabana services, and VIP guest arrangements as needed. • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered. • Maintain inventory of beach supplies and report replenishment needs. • Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all guest-facing areas. • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and care.
