Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service and quality drinks. This role requires a good understanding of mixology, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks. • Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. • Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours while delivering high-quality drinks. • Take orders, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the drink menu. • Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions professionally. • Restock supplies, including ice, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients as needed. • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. • Assist colleagues during busy periods and provide support when needed. • Ensure all beverages meet the establishment s quality standards. • Record daily sales, track inventory usage, and report discrepancies. • Create and serve customized drinks for events while maintaining efficiency. • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar. • Engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat visits. • Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Experience • Prior experience as a Bartender in a casual dining or bar setting.
