Banking Relationship and Facilities Manager

• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, and banking transactions across the holding company and its subsidiaries. • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. • Review and negotiate banking agreements, investment contracts, and financing facilities. • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, investment policies, and banking regulations. • Support investment planning, financial analysis, and risk management. • Monitor financing facilities, loans, guarantees, and investment performance. • Prepare treasury and investment reports for management. • Coordinate with finance teams across group companies. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, investment, banking, or corporate finance. • Experience in a holding company or group of companies is preferred. • Proven experience dealing with banks and financial institutions. • Strong knowledge of banking agreements, financing facilities, treasury operations, and investment policies. • Good understanding of financial regulations and corporate governance. • Microsoft Office
