Finance Manager

Real Estate Role Purpose: The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company s financial function at an executive-operational level, ensuring financial integrity, liquidity, compliance, and effective financial support for real estate investments, developments, and income-generating assets. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role plays a critical part in financial decision-making, business planning, and safeguarding the company s financial position. Financial Leadership & Control Financial Reporting & Executive Support Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning Real Estate & Project Finance Cash Flow, Treasury & Banking Tax, Zakat & Compliance Governance, Risk & Internal Controls Team Leadership & Systems Authority & Decision-Making Executive Financial Management Financial Reporting & Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting Real Estate & Project Finance Cash Flow & Treasury Management Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred: o CPA / SOCPA o CMA o MBA (Finance) 8 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. At least 3 5 years in a senior or managerial finance role. Strong experience within real estate, property development, or asset management environments. Proven ability to work closely with executive management.
