Corporate Credit Manager

Title: Corporate Credit ManagerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key ResponsibilitiesReview corporate credit applications for fit with the bank s strategy, risk appetite, and credit policyApprove facilities and limit excesses within your delegated authority, and recommend larger proposals to senior managementShape deal structures with relationship teams, including industry, sector, and counterparty risk analysisEngage directly with borrowers, including on-site visits, to validate the business case behind each requestWatch the portfolio closely, spot early warning signs, and recommend downgrades, provisions, or remedial actionDrive resolution of overdue exposures, limit breaches, documentation gaps, and lapsed reviews, including rescheduling where neededEnsure all lending complies with internal policy and SAMA regulationsAct as the credit point of contact for senior business stakeholders, audit teams, and the regulator, and lead special credit initiatives as required Key RequirementsBachelor s or Master s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field5 10 years in banking, including at least 5 years in corporate or wholesale creditStrong credit analysis skills across financial statements, cash flow, and industry riskSolid knowledge of credit policy, credit structuring, and Saudi banking regulationsTrack record of credit approvals and portfolio monitoring, including early-warning and remedial casesRelevant banking or credit certifications are a plus
