Back Office Assistant

• Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors, maintaining a healthy cash flow for the company. • Handle data entry tasks with speed and precision, updating financial records, customer databases, and other essential information systems. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, providing support to the accounting team with tasks like reconciliation and analysis. • Manage and organize physical and digital documents, ensuring efficient retrieval and secure storage of critical business records. • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. • Possess relevant certifications such as a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar, demonstrating proficiency in financial processes. • Prior experience in the financial services or real estate industry is advantageous, providing a strong understanding of industry-specific processes. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative support role, showcasing practical application of skills.
