Accountant Cum Admin Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Accountant cum Administrative Assistant to manage daily accounting transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and provide administrative and operational support to the company. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, invoice preparation, document management, and general office administration. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is an advantage. 1. Accounting and Management • Record daily financial transactions, expenses, income, and payments in QuickBooks. • Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, payment vouchers, and statements of accounts. • Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, and other administrative documents. 2. Employee and Office Administration • Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave records, and other HR documentation. • Assist in preparing employment letters, onboarding documents, and employee clearance forms. • Maintain records of company assets issued to employees and coordinate their return upon exit. • Assist with payroll documentation, salary records, and employee expense claims. • Coordinate with management regarding employee documentation, visa-related paperwork, and insurance records, where applicable. • Secure all office needs are assisted accordingly ***Must have 2-3 years experience in Dubai ***English and Arabic Speaker
