• Client Service & Retention: Issue Certificates of Insurance, manage client requests, and build long-term relationships. • Business Strategy & Growth: Collaborate with the broking team on renewals and contribute to business retention strategies. • Global Advocacy: Participate in roadshows, conferences, and occasional global travel for client management. • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to company procedures and global/local insurance regulations. • Collaboration: Enhance company culture and communication through teamwork and client-focused service.
