Attraction Attendant

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Attraction Attendants to support day-to-day attraction operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. Candidates should be confident communicating with guests and comfortable working in a fast-paced leisure or entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Guide guests regarding attraction rules, procedures and general information. • Support the safe and smooth operation of assigned attractions. • Manage guest queues and maintain orderly entry and exit. • Assist guests with directions and enquiries. • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within assigned areas. • Promptly report operational or safety concerns to the supervisor. • Follow company procedures and safety requirements at all times. • Previous experience in theme parks, attractions, entertainment venues, leisure, hospitality or customer service is preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Friendly, energetic and guest-focused personality. • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a busy environment. • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. • Candidates must be available to join immediately.
