JOB DESCRIPTION – KARTING MARSHAL Company: Action Wave Games & Events LLC Location: Global Village, Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Seasonal / Project-Based About the Role Action Wave Games & Events LLC is looking for young, energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Karting Marshals for our Global Village project. The ideal candidates should be proactive, customer-focused and passionate about creating a safe, exciting and enjoyable experience for visitors. Key Responsibilities • Welcome visitors and provide clear instructions about the karting experience. • Explain karting rules, safety procedures and operating guidelines before each session. • Monitor participants and ensure strict compliance with safety requirements. • Assist with kart preparation, participant entry and exit, and smooth session operations. • Manage queues and maintain an orderly flow of visitors. • Monitor the track and promptly report unsafe behaviour, equipment issues or potential hazards. • Assist visitors with questions, concerns and general enquiries. • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient daily operations. • Help promote the attraction and deliver an engaging customer experience. • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety in the assigned area. Candidate Requirements • Young, energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals are encouraged to apply. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Friendly, confident and customer-oriented attitude. • Ability to remain alert and work effectively in a busy entertainment environment. • Willingness to follow safety instructions and company procedures. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. • Previous experience in karting, amusement parks, events or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory. Working Conditions • Work location: Global Village, Dubai. • Must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends and public holidays according to the duty schedule. • Seasonal employment for the duration of the project, subject to employment terms. • Training and operational guidance will be provided as required.
