Roles & Responsibilities – Arcade Supervisor / Manager • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the arcade and gaming center. • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure excellent performance. • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability. • Attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Ensure excellent customer service and a positive gaming experience for all visitors. • Monitor the performance of arcade machines and ensure proper maintenance. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally. • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily task assignments. • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports. • Ensure the gaming center is clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained. • Organize promotional activities and special offers to attract more customers. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Arcade Supervisor / Manager to join ASAS Station in Al Mamzar, Dubai. The ideal candidate should have: • Previous experience in managing or supervising arcade gaming centers, family entertainment centers, or similar facilities. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Proven ability to attract customers, increase sales, and generate revenue. • Experience in managing daily operations and supervising employees. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities. • A professional attitude, positive personality, and strong sense of responsibility. •
