Assistant Manager Administration

• Partner with senior stakeholders to support business operations. • Manage workplace allocation, office moves, and space optimization. • Oversee facilities management across offices. • Handle purchase requisitions, non-inventory GRNs, and vendor coordination. • Ensure efficient inventory management and cost optimization. • Manage pantry, stationery, and office support services. • Supervise support staff and maintain high service standards. • Prepare MIS reports and administrative dashboards. • Manage company fleet operations and employee transportation arrangements. • 5-10 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Corporate Services. • Strong expertise in workplace, facilities, and fleet management. • Experience in procurement, inventory control, and vendor management. • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. • Real Estate or Construction industry experience is an advantage.
