Assistant Accountant (Real Estate Experience Preferred)

• Maintain accurate daily financial transactions, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger reconciliations. • Assist in tracking rental income, security deposits, utility charges (such as sub-meter water billings), and tenant ledger accounts. • Prepare commercial invoices, verify financial documentation, and assist with corporate audit preparations and VAT records. • Monitor operational expenses, supplier payments, and petty cash management. • Generate periodic financial statements, aging reports, and management summaries using accounting software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel). • Coordinate with administrative, leasing, and management teams to ensure smooth operational workflows. • Prior background or exposure to the UAE real estate / property leasing sector preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional formulas, financial auditing) and standard accounting software. • Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Valid UAE Driving License.
